- 1 lb fresh salmon diced
- 2 large tomatoes diced
- 1 small onion diced
- to taste sea salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced salmon, tomatoes, and onion.
2. Add sea salt to taste and mix well.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
