Ingredients 

Broth

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

Noodles

  • 4 packs Ramen noodles

Toppings

  • 2 Boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Spinach

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. 4. Divide the noodles into bowls. Pour the broth over the noodles.
  5. 5. Add your desired toppings such as boiled eggs, green onions, corn, and spinach.
