Ingredients
Broth
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
Noodles
- 4 packs Ramen noodles
Toppings
- 2 Boiled eggs, halved
- 1 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Spinach
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- 2. Add garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 4. Divide the noodles into bowls. Pour the broth over the noodles.
- 5. Add your desired toppings such as boiled eggs, green onions, corn, and spinach.
