Ingredients 

Wonton Filling

  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 20 pieces Wonton wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. 3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold, and seal.
  4. 4. Bring a pot of water to boil, add wontons, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until they float.
  5. 5. Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
