Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into wedges and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage wedges and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the edges are crispy and browned.
