Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sprouted Wheat Berries
- ½ cup Sprouted Barley
- ¼ cup Sprouted Millet
- ¼ cup Sprouted Lentils
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
- 1 ¼ cups Warm Water
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sprouted wheat berries, barley, millet, and lentils.
- 3. Add honey, salt, and yeast to the mixture.
- 4. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
- 5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then place it in a greased loaf pan.
- 6. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
- 8. Remove from oven and let it cool before slicing.
