

Crab and Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 200 g pasta cooked and cooled
- 150 g crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crab meat, red bell pepper, and cucumber.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- 5. Garnish with chopped fresh dill before serving.
