- 1 loaf French bread sliced in half lengthwise
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Butter melted
- ¼ cup Parsley chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the bread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
