- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 12 oz Beer
- ¼ cup Melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Pour in the beer and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle the melted butter on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
