Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Thread the pork cubes onto skewers.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the pork skewers in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Brown the skewers on all sides.
- Transfer the skewers to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
