Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, diced
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 0.5 cup Red Onion, diced
- 0.5 cup Grapes, halved
- 0.25 cup Almonds, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- 2. Add the diced chicken, chopped celery, diced red onion, halved grapes, and sliced almonds.
- 3. Mix everything together until well combined.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
