- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat them in the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
