

Bacon and Potato Soup

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 6 slices Bacon chopped
- 4 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Flour
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- 2. In the same pot, add the onions and cook until translucent.
- 3. Add the potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and milk until smooth. Stir into the soup and cook until thickened.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon.
- 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
