Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
Instructions
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add basil leaves and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Strain syrup into a jar and discard basil leaves.
