

Instant Pot Potato Salad

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped onions
Instructions
- 1. Add cubed potatoes to the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water.
- 2. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, then quick release.
- 3. Drain potatoes and let them cool.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Add cooled potatoes, celery, and onions to the bowl. Mix well.
- 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
