

Beef Enchiladas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 8 pcs Tortillas
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll up. Place in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
