- 4 medium zucchini sliced lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Add the sliced zucchini to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- 4. Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
- 5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
