Brookies Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs large
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
