Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Tomatoes canned
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add canned tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Blend the soup until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
