Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Beetroot, cooked and grated
- 2 cups Kefir
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 4 tablespoon Dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 4 units Boiled eggs, halved
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated beetroot, kefir, diced cucumber, chopped dill, and green onions.
- 2. Add salt and sugar to taste. Mix well.
- 3. Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- 4. Serve cold, garnished with halved boiled eggs.
