- ½ cup Butter Cold and cut into small pieces
- ⅔ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving with fresh berries and whipped cream.
