- 2 lbs Apricots pitted and chopped
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Combine apricots, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pot.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 30 minutes.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal.
