Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Cabbage, chopped
- 6 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- 3. Stir in the uncooked rice, chopped cabbage, beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the rice and cabbage are tender.
- 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
