

Lo Mein Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 200 g Lo Mein Noodles
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snow peas)
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3. Add the mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- 4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- 5. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Lo Mein noodles!
