- 4 pieces Pork Chops
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- 4. Add minced garlic and thyme to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
