Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- 2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 6. Punch down the dough, divide it into 8 equal parts, and shape into buns.
- 7. Place buns on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
