- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, minced

- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
