- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn drained
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- 3. Stir in the pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- 4. Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese or sour cream.
